Minnesota's Arboretum dethroned, falls to No. 2 in Best Botanical Garden contest


The Oxford Botanic Garden is the oldest in the UK and with nearly 6, different types of plant, the Garden is a year-round oasis of biodiversity, right in the heart of the city.

In order to help with the replanting programme the Heseltines sought advice from some of the leading horticultural leaders of the time, including Lanning Roper, Sir Harold Hillier, Roy Lancaster and Keith Rushforth.
