They are so helpful to me at the office and that makes it so easy to own an apartment in North Cyprus. Thanks to you we have our lovely North Cyprus Home! What we liked about you were that you did not push.
You just showed us what we thought we wanted and then you also showed us something we did not know we wanted and we fell in love. We perceived you trustworthy and then it was easy to closing the deal. In we bought a wonderful penthouse apartment, which was under construction. Not knowing any other Norwegian property owners on North Cyprus, we were sceptical and nervous about the investments safety.
We were shown around by several estate agencies, but it was only Alex and IPP who gained our confidence. Since we were not able to be present on a regular basis the building company sent us photos and updates. If we had questions IPP were of assistance and helped out during the whole process.
We travelled to Northern Cyprus to look for a holiday place. She showed us exactly what we wanted. Everyone in our family and our friends simply love it! With best regards from our family in Sweden. In the process of buying our villa property at Pine Valley, Kyrenia, it has has been a great pleasure to work with Alexandra Kononova and Sverre Abrahamsen at International Partnership Program. They have both acted professionally and given us full support in all matters.

When it came to retirement we decide on Northern Cyprus based on several factors, security, natural beauty, tax friendly environment, central location with easy access to all European destinations and most critical value for money.
GRUR does not pursue personal, professional or commercial interests, but exclusively and directly academic objectives of a non-profit nature. The protection of intellectual property rights is gaining in significance. Whereas 50 years ago real property, machinery and material goods formed the major part of the assets of an enterprise, these are now determined increasingly by elements of intellectual property. The globalisation of the economy generates a need for appropriate global protection.
In the course of this "internationalisation" of the Association, GRUR was granted the status of an observer at WIPO in , participating since then in meetings of the competent committees of this important organisation.
In order to enhance the professional academic exchange of views, GRUR takes part in international conferences and meetings, also inviting foreign speakers and guests to its own events. To this end German-English simultaneous interpretation has been made available to foreign participants since For the purpose of information and legal education, GRUR offers the following events to its members and other interested circles in Germany and abroad:. Since its foundation over years ago the Association has published the renowned monthly professional journal "Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht", also abbreviated as "GRUR", which was supplemented in by the monthly journal "GRUR International.
The publications include academic contributions on issues of German, European and international intellectual property law as well as significant case law and legislative material. Since the covers of the printed publications are in a distinctive green, for several decades now the names "Grüne Zeitschriften" "Green Journals" and "Grüner Verein" "Green Association" have become the commonly used names of the publications and the Association itself.
Additionally, existing indices are often highly aggregated and thus exacerbate a regional analysis or an analysis for different real estate market segments. In this paper, we construct hedonic price indices for Germany, for five major German cities, and the rural federal state Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The indices are constructed for different categories of the real estate market and are based on the data of the internet platform ImmobilienScout Compared to already existing indices, our indices exhibit the advantage of monthly frequency.
The indices indicate that real estate prices in Germany were under pressure during the financial crisis. However, more recently prices have been rising again, especially for new buildings in conurbations.
